The firm's principal, Geoff is a commercial lawyer with many years experience at on of New Zealand's three largest law firms, involved daily in contract negotiations for multi-million dollar transactions on behalf of major New Zealand and international corporates. He is no stranger to complex issues and strict deadlines.

Geoff has the degree of Master of Philosophy in Commercial Law with First Class Honours and has lectured in Commercial Law and the Law of International Finance at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and in Company Law at the University of Waikato, New Zealand.
